Sometimes you make something so strange that you do not really know what it is, or why you made it. This week’s project is one of those. I started with an interesting piece of driftwood that had a curl at the bottom. The curl twisted up toward the top, making a circle. I filled that circle with epoxy resin and made a swirl rising from the center. The entire thing was coated in epoxy resin (making it really, really glossy!) and an abstractly painted base was made. All in all, it came out quite odd.
Remember, there is no definition of art.
